Rosart Properties is a Canadian real estate development company specializing in the development and management of retail shopping centres and residential subdivisions. In business for 50 years this second generation, family run business is based in Oakville, Ontario.

The shopping centre portfolio includes the development and construction of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail space which is leased to many of the countries best retailers.  All aspects of the retail developments from land acquisition to financing, construction and ongoing property management are handled in house by their experienced team.

The residential subdivisions are all located in suburban markets and feature a diversity of housing models and themes.  Current projects include a 250 slip marina and multiple family development on Lake Ontario in Stoney Creek, and a 300 unit townhome community including a Wellness House, affiliated with the community hospital in Burlington.
